The Challenge

- Sanding: A 3-stage precision sanding process using dust-free technology.
- Cleaning: Intensive buffing and vacuuming to ensure zero contamination for the final finish.
- Finishing: Applied 3 coats of Superior (2k) Lacquer in a Satin sheen. The two-component (2k) system provides exceptional chemical and scratch resistance.
The Result
A stunning, glass-like finish that highlights the wood’s grain while providing the toughest protection available on the market. The project was completed within the 3-day estimate with zero dust mess.
